Playa Silencio14 viewsEach weekend the more fortunate Peruvians would come down to Punta Hermosa and turn one of the many nearby beaches into their version of Ipanema. the year we were there it was Playa Silencio. Surfed out from our morning session we would sit in the shade of one of the palm umbrellas and drink cheap but good Peruvian beer and eat incredibly fresh ceviche, while drooling over the scantily clad lovelies romping about.
